TV / Re: Soup Nazi!

The Soup Nazi was funny as hell... much of what we see on TV seems to be copped from real life. Sometimes you just can't make that crap up.

crap... musical selection would stomp the crap out of survival of the fitest.

Tuens are a point of sale enitity... a very current event.

Currently I am listening to the Alan Parson's Project. I also snagged a cd of country singers doing Beatles covers. I listened to that just prior to nailing some portabello mushroom chicken at the Texas Roadhouse and I was in friggin heaven.

Tunes are relative... just enjoy the crap out of whatever you dig and don't let anyone else think that your selection is crap. TUNES YOU LIKE ARE COOL NO MATTER WHA!

Enjoy your Debbie Gibson cd's. mang!

I also like the latest White Stripes... tune 7 is the crap!

I know exactly what you mean... music transports you back to a time or a person from your past. I recently snagged a Best of Janet Jackson cd and it immediatley took me back to a friend - Dave - that used to sing some "adult lyric modified Janet". Wonder what the hell ever happened to good old Dave. Last I heard he was going to Monterey California to Defense Language School.

I believe that was in Platoon. If not there, then Full Metal Jacket.

Here is a pic that I took of a Cat Car (lots of plastic and all on this thing - highly customized) that was at Myrtle Beach SC a few years back. I think it was owned by the MeowMix people - it was part of a promotion where they were trying to get people to sing their jingle. No, I didn't sing.

I "hooked it up" with a buncha filters and all til I thought it looked kinda neat... since we are sharing pics and all.

Most that play with YaBB wind up altering the look greatly. It is a good thing and a bad thing at times. I had to hack up the perl to get everything usable on the Webtv end. The problem with that is that unless you don't mind busting into the perl every time you don't want to upgrade much.

BTW, if a Webtv user has problems with holding the login you need to make your cookie time less. I think the "stay logged in" deal from the year 2041 to something more realistic, like a year or two. Webtv chokes on outrageous cookie times.

I talk to myself all the time... a BB is sometimes like that. But, every now and again someone posts a thread that gets everyone typing. It is a good thing...

That phone is ugly.

Why would anyone want to pay that? $40 for a cheezy phone and an hour of talk and .25 a minute thereafter? Hmmm...
